Designed the core user flow and backend logic representation for a mobile coffee ordering and payment system. Implemented a clear information architecture for complex menu browsing, order customization, and multi-step cart functionality. Mapped the detailed data flow for essential transactional processes, including dine-in table selection and integrated payment gateway integration (e-wallet, bank transfer). Engineered state management scenarios within the design to ensure reliable user interaction and prevent error states during checkout.
