Collaborated in a team to develop a web-based reporting system using Laravel 10 and MySQL for the IT Department. Engineered the Technician Module, enabling technicians to upload comprehensive repair reports with image evidence and detailed maintenance logs. Developed a dynamic state-management system for repair tracking, allowing technicians to update task statuses and provide real-time progress updates to stakeholders. Implemented multi-role authentication logic to ensure secure access and data integrity across different user levels (Admin, Technicians, and Staff).
